There was no meeting in July.Heather sent out the invoices (in May) for Stockman and Yellowstone Banks for their sign sponsorship renewals which were due in June. She has sent follow up renewal forms in July and has made phone calls to each bank this month. The contacts at each bank have not returned any phone calls to date, so she is still trying to collect on those renewals.

We will schedule him to attend a meeting when he is back in town and available.

We will look at having them again next summer or on demand.Polo practices will run Friday after 5pm and Sunday @ 1pm this year. The arena is available for all members to ride outside those times. If you want to try out Polo, anybody is welcome to attend a practice. The polo season will be done at the end of this month. Practice will start again in April.

The price of our current board signs may be the reason we are not getting our contracts renewed with sponsors. We would like to keep the signs affordable while still making a small profit to pay bills and make improvements.

Kids N Cowboys is coming up Saturday October 16th. We will be in the same area of the Metra as usual (by the bandstand). We offer rides for the kids from 2-4pm and need roughly 10 horses to participate. If you have a horse that is SAFE to use for this event and can participate, please RSVP with Cortney #690-5269 or Heather #406-788-2199 or just call for more info. Currently we only have 2 horses/handlers that can attend so any help would be greatly appreciated. **We need to have only safe horses for this children’s event- leave your green-broke and spooky horses home please**
