The Laurel Saddle Club member user’s agreement regarding the use of all services and amenities

The Laurel Saddle Club (LSC) is available to PAID/CURRENT MEMBERS ONLY. Users are required to be members of the LSC for insurance purposes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-members are not allowed to use the LSC arena, grounds or clubhouse due to liability reasons.
2.ABSOLUTELY no business transactions, (riding lessons, farrier appointments, etc.), are to be carried out at the LSC facility UNLESS said activity/business has rented/paid for the facility on the date of transaction and has provided proof of insurance to the LSC. Violation of this policy will risk forfeiture of membership.
3.The 2012 annual membership fee is $40.00 per individual and $65.00 per family. Fees and requests for membership forms may be mailed to: LSC 4550 Clapper Flat Rd Laurel, MT 59044.
4.The LSC arena is available for open riding outside of previously scheduled events. Please check LSC event calendar or call an officer if arena use is in question.
5.LSC members may bring non-members on LSC trail rides. We suggest a donation for each trail rider (member and non-member) to the LSC for our time to organize the event.
6.All LSC members shall be expected to volunteer a minimum of 2 hours of their time per year for club improvements and activities at LSC event such as: LSC cleanup day, LSC Fun Days, Cowboy Polo Tournament, clinics; or risk forfeiture of membership.
7.All garbage and refuse of any kind (including dog feces in the parking area) is to be picked up and hauled off the property. “Pack it in. . . Pack it out”.
8.Dog Policy: Dogs are allowed on LSC grounds, but must be kept under control at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the arena while horses are present. Violators of the Dog Policy will be subject to a $50.00 fine and/or disqualification from an on-going activity.
9.All LSC members shall practice safe horsemanship and courtesy to other riders at all times. Reckless behavior will not be tolerated.
10.A responsible adult must accompany children under 18.
11.The main gate must be kept locked when not in use. The last one to leave the property is responsible for lock-up.
12.Each current, paid member will receive the combination to the gate upon request.
13.Members giving the gate code to non-members for arena or grounds use will forfeit membership.
14.No unauthorized open fires.
15.All equipment, barrels, poles, etc., must be put away after using the arena.
16.Violation of any portion of this agreement may result in forfeiture of user access or forfeiture of membership to The LSC or automatic dismissal from a trail ride or organized event at the LSC.
17.All members of the LSC Polo Team must be paid members in good standing.
